Eat Off Your Best China, Break it if You Dare, Just Use it Before it’s Too Late!

Have you ever known someone who has the most beautiful china displayed in a cabinet and they never use it at the dinner table or offer you a cup of tea in a china mug? I remember in the old days some of my relatives used to leave the plastic covers on the chairs so as not to spoil the fabic..it was way uncomfortable but no one said anything, that would have been rude.

Beautiful china is made to be used, enjoy it as well as show it off; the alternative is to die and never enjoy your wonderful treasure, but I bet you someone else will not think of it the way you did, they will use it and may even drop a plate or too.

People fear using their best china because they fear something, only they know the reason, but people also fear other things much more imporant. Freedom of speech, in some countries you can be carted off to prison for speaking your mind. Sex education in schools, some parents are against this, but those are the parents that think their children will never grow up or even think about sex. Those children may be the ones who do end up being unmarried with a young baby to look after. Flying in an aeroplane, this can be the greatest fear for some and this may stop them enjoying the wonders of the world.

What happens when you do not use your best china, or are too scared to be vocal about your rights, or even let your children grow up orĀ  fly in an aeroplane is – nothing, a great big nothing happens. Then, out of the blue something tragic does happen, you may die without ever visiting your grandchildren because you fear to fly, sad but true. Freedom of speech can be dangerous but if no one ever spoke up the world would not be the place it is today.

Life is for living, whether you are eating off your best china, sitting on your best sofa and dropping crumbs on the cushions, or taking control of your fear of the unknown and flying off to visit someone, live your life today before it is too late. No one knows what will happen in the future, but the future is yours to enjoy, whilst you can.

Enjoy your dinner on your best china, then pop it back in the cabinet until tomorrow.
