Riding in an elevator I decided to practise my elevator speech, what better place? Imagine this scene: Unknown guy, elevator in a large store, me. “Hi my name is Linda, would you like me to change your life forever? Would you like to enjoy the success you know you really want? I can help you do that” ( made up elevator speech just so you know). Unknown guy: ” What are you saying? What’s wrong with my life? How do you know I am not successful already?”!

When I woke up from my dream I realised I was definitely making the right decision not to use an elevator speech, in my case it really does not work. I am a bubbly, happy and motivated person and first and foremost I want to get to know you before I presume to tell you how my products or services can help you.
